Who needs Public Liability Insurance?

02-Dec-2016

If you think you don’t need Public Liability Insurance for your Market Stall, then think again……..

We had a recent claim where a gust of wind blew the Stallholder’s market umbrella onto a parked car and caused significant damage.

Thankfully the Stallholder had MY MARKET INSURANCE Public Liability Insurance and was fully covered with NO payable excess.

“I was so mega stressed about what happened to me & you made making a claim so easy & stress free.

All it took was a quick call and you handled everything on my behalf.

Having your insurance meant I didn’t incur any expense – thankfully.

You can be assured I will recommend your insurance to all those I meet when doing our markets.

Kind regards Wendy Lewis.”

Public Liability Insurance is the market stall holder’s protection against their negligence whilst operating their stall at a market.

You can’t plan against the wind and it can uproot an umbrella or gazebo in a matter of seconds causing major damage at a market.  Even if you are found not to be liable for the accident, all legal cost proving this are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
